Yesterday was once again a copy of my poker tournament round announced, more precisely, a non-tour ROYAL Special addition to the four regular NAIS year. The occasion was a one-month status as Bastis must roommate in my incomparable WG, because otherwise it ZVS-induced in Lübeck deadlines are being missed and the other NAIS all, there was just a September special with his participation (and, unfortunately, early retirement ).

Yes, just a shameful seventh place for me this time. Connichi My weekend started in a certain way already Tuesday night because Kumo, Whis Foxy and me came to Passau. We were Dult, the swimming pool, watching the city and we have cooked. In addition there is also extra NEN probably post pictures once I have access to the material ^ ^



Thursday's was at least in earliest Early release of third (minus Foxy). Apart from an extended lunch break in the McCafe and a fuel stop, there was no break and we were in record time in Kassel. After a speedy check-in in the DJH's went straight to the venue to us to report for duty. I NEN parking directly get next to it, which I have before Sunday evening, not given up anymore ^ ^

After more work, lots Herumgerenne, warped incredibly disgusting term but at least we have free pizza to 22 in the clock and fell exhausted into bed Quatier ... Sleep was so ne thing because the DJH 1) hear everything 2) full of loud Kackbratzen and 3) without sleep was about the worrisome personnel. I'm not squeamish and can sleep almost anywhere, but that was ... loud.



Friday's release went well early. The final touches at the information desk, I got the Special Mission for the more urgent material Animexx bring (a box of screws ^ ^ ') from the hardware store. With Kumo as co-pilot and highly questionable directions, we took the Kassler transport system and were only an hour later again.



Connichi their lunch then opened the doors to the visitors and the action began. Since my first shift clock began only at 18, I spent Friday with a first photo safari and other places to attack the people under arms. The people rush was still limited, but that is quite normal for Friday. The first information layer was then characterized primarily by "Sorry, but the program notes, all. The replacement is possible by tomorrow morning here ". In the meantime, was also our rota-Message-Board . By 22 clock was closing and it was clear for the evening. And was sometime before midnight's already back to bed - the hardest day was indeed still to come.



Lo and behold, it was Saturday. Already at 8, a huge queue in front of the box office (which had at the time not yet open). I had the first shift at the information desk and was busy distributing programs, cosplayers to register two point meters to the right, steer people across the hall and I stole the cookies Animexxstand. ^ ^

clock was my shift was over and my shift I got the Gruppencosplay viewed from as close as never long (helper-Shirts FTW ^ ^). Was it again a lot of fun, beautiful Cossis, but somehow I missed the absolute screamer. Then we went back to Photo Safari, before I found myself at the red carpet at the world record attempt and have masses of photos taken off. Then I finally met again Nami ago, there was a small photo shoot in the park and before I knew it was already on the evening shift. The was a little tougher, because it was seen slowly to a loss of strength, but I was nevertheless still Visit by Jim and Lia, I was really happy. Whis and I also got from [[shiranuii]] very exclusive helper Shirts celebration, which led to many, many photos ^ ^ (That reminds me, that was the first Con for years where I do not even my FF7-shirt wearing ...). That evening we went to bed much later, because the hunt for what was edible in the city with little success (but in the end, McD has never tasted so good).



Sunday started early as usual. Information booth dressing, update bulletin board, visitors from the hall, which were not yet in, angry and steal cookies. Then I I listened Didas talk about his 5 months in Tokyo. Was very interesting, very funny and, above all, very nicely relaxed. After that make a last photos and went vor'm in the last shift. Then helper adoption was on stage, which was a lot of fun (also had the guest star Halko Momoi crept under it, what the public is only gradually noticed ^ ^) and then reduce it said that degrade, . reduce



A battle with the Navi Basti still later, we got into the Kassler downtown and we went back home (with a detour via Gröbenzell), where I finally fell into bed and half dead until many hours later crawled out.



Conclusion: A great Connichi, a highlight of the year I would almost say. well be his helper is tiring, but it makes a lot more fun than just as a visitor to it (at least if, like me, is not a cosplayer). And I can not remember when I had the last time four days at a clock before 8 am such a good mood. In addition, there is this certain feeling of comradeship among workers. To improve course there's always something, but I hope that next year I again Sitting at the information desk will, and I can perhaps seek inclusions are a few ideas for improvement. Only sheer number of wow !!!!- cosplays this year was kind of tiny, naturally there were many excellent pieces, but there was always this last spark - maybe I am also just too much of Cossis used ^ ^ '
