Yes, you read that right: plum sauce. Was quite tasty and much less effort than expected. I am particularly pleased that it worked with the octopus shape the way I had imagined. Has become much more sharply than planned. Maybe next time just a spoonful of sambal Olek. Anyway, enough about me for now to still be a decent lunch (must finally know how my creation tastes warmed up).
